This page explains what you receive after payment, how access is provided, activation estimates, required information, and support channels. It is provided for buyer transparency and payment provider domain review.

1) What you receive after payment

  • Account access, whether for a new account or a plan upgrade, with active features based on your purchase.
  • Access to the seller dashboard and public storefront to publish products and manage orders.
  • Confirmation email and electronic payment receipt/invoice, if applicable, sent to the billing email.

2) How delivery works

  1. Payment is processed and confirmed by the payment provider.
  2. If you are a new user: the system creates your account and sends access instructions by email.
  3. If you already have an account: the system upgrades your plan/features based on your purchase.
  4. You can log in and use the dashboard/storefront after activation is complete.
  5. If payment needs manual review, activation is completed after the review is done.
Access instructions
Access is provided through your account and dashboard. If the activation email does not arrive, check your Spam/Promotions folder, make sure the billing email is correct, then contact support with your billing reference.

3) Estimated activation time

  • Usually: instant to 5 minutes after payment is confirmed.
  • If manual review is required: up to 24 hours on business days.
  • Some payment methods may take longer to confirm; notifications will be sent by email.

4) Required information

  • A valid email address for account access and payment receipt/invoice.
  • Phone number if OTP/verification is enabled.
  • Basic billing profile details such as name/company for administration.
  • In certain cases, the payment provider may request additional KYC/KYB verification.

5) What each plan includes

6) Payment receipt / invoice

Payment receipts/invoices are issued electronically and sent to your email after payment is confirmed, if applicable.

7) Support & troubleshooting

  • If access/activation fails, contact support with your billing email and transaction ID/reference.
  • Include an error screenshot, if available, and the time it happened.
  • Note: we do not ship physical goods. Delivery here means digital access to the platform.
