1) Billing & subscription
CATALOID is a software service (SaaS) that helps sellers create an online storefront/catalog and manage products, stockpoints/branches, and orders.
If you purchase a subscription plan, billing is recurring based on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel to stop future renewals.
Trial availability depends on the current plan configuration. If offered, it will be clearly shown on the Pricing page and during checkout.
View pricing You can cancel from your account/billing settings. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid period (unless stated otherwise).
Yes. A receipt/invoice is generated after successful payment and is typically available via email and/or in your billing history.

Refund requests are considered within 7 days of the charge date (when applicable), subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refund policy Contact support with your account email, invoice/receipt, transaction reference (if any), and a short explanation. We will review and respond with the outcome.
Contact support Renewal refunds are handled case-by-case under the Refund Policy. If you believe a renewal was unintended, contact support as soon as possible.

If customers purchase from a seller’s storefront, the seller is responsible for fulfillment of their goods/services.
3) Product access & delivery
You receive access to the selected plan features in your dashboard. Delivery is digital (account access and feature activation).
Access is typically activated immediately after payment confirmation. If activation is delayed, contact support with your payment email and invoice/receipt.
Confirm you are logged in with the same email used for payment. Then check your billing history in your dashboard. If it still does not show, contact support with your invoice/receipt.
