Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1) Service
The service provides software tools that help sellers publish a storefront/catalog and manage basic inquiry or order flows. Features may vary by plan and may require eligibility or compliance checks.
2) Account & eligibility
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when requested, including KYC/KYB business verification where applicable.
- We may restrict or suspend access if we detect fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, or excessive chargebacks/disputes.
3) Subscription billing
- The trial is time-limited and free. Merchants will not be charged during the trial unless they explicitly complete paid subscription checkout in the dashboard.
- After a paid period ends, we provide a short grace period for renewal. If not renewed after grace, the account enters Paused mode with limited access.
- We do not provide an unlimited free plan after non-payment. Access will be limited until the subscription is renewed.
- Paid plans are billed upfront for the Catalo.id merchant subscription according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
- Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and billing information.
- Late, failed, reversed, or disputed subscription payments may result in access restrictions or suspension.
- Refunds and cancellations follow Refund.
4) Allowed use & prohibited activities
You may not use the service for illegal products/services, fraud, or any activity that violates card network rules, payment provider policies, or applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraud, phishing, money laundering, or misleading marketing practices.
- Selling products/services that are prohibited or restricted by applicable rules.
- Uploading malware, abusing APIs, or attempting unauthorized access.
5) Seller content & customer support
If you publish listings or receive inquiries/orders, you are responsible for content accuracy, payment instructions you manage yourself, fulfillment, compliance, and customer support. You must also explain your own refund/delivery terms to buyers where relevant. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate policies or trigger excessive disputes/chargebacks.
6) License & intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as provided. The software, brand, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.
7) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail compliance checks, or when needed for security, legal, or risk reasons. You may also stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations, such as payment obligations and dispute handling, may survive termination.
8) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use of this service.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and disputes are handled in the jurisdiction of Indonesia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page and the Last updated date will be adjusted.
